It's sad how acl and apl died, just imagine if everyone wasn't toxic at all, no bias, just fun, arsenal would prob be more alive if it wasn't for the downfall of comp. Imagine the amount of laughter everyone would experience if it wasn't toxic and biased and everyone actually played their roles. I can just see laughter in vc servers when someone does something stupid and no one would get mad, so long acl.
So I was a R7 in ACL and its sad to see ACL die so it's kinda crazy to see someone do this the beginning of ACL was fun and stuff to play with I left ACL in late 2021 for the toxicity
So sad that apl died out. I quit the game in early 2021 and was sad to come back to see apl was gone. The death of a competitive scene truly killed arsenal.
back when non-biased ranking systems was exactly when comp was flourishing. Leg's tokenlogging didn't do much. RASL, MSL, JCAS and ofc ACL all fell with biased ranking systems. Menuing, toxicity, false bans, warnings due to incompetent people in high positions. grudges and egotistical members led to the fall of comp
Leg gettin tokenlogged didnt do much to the server, the real nuke was when goodwitch asked owen to give him owner for a ss and for a couple seconds (3) and owen had agreed and gave goodwitch owner which then goodwitch had deleted multiple channels but luckily never banned anyone because he was banned before he could.
I remember these days. I left ACL back when it began its fall and went to ACD then come back several months later to find it a barren wasteland of biased people and toxic community.
Like people were so toxic back in Acl they would break the rules and it was toxic I tried to get in the ACL once I got in but 7 days later we’ll it was renamed to welllll that what I did to troll the people that see if you are hacking is when I have a one shot gun I would kill and look down
As the fact how this thing literally affects casuals is just causing me to quit the game. I used to be good and having fun as much as other randoms, until I met one of this people.
@ayoob shade was one of the first people to join, owen and shade were friends and shade used to be very active with the tournaments that were hosted before acl
@@The_Weeknd_GOAT no I'm talking about when stormer 2v2ed tanqr, (he never cheated at this time) he was hella overranked. He was only r7 but since he was friends with the rank managers they have him r8+
I 1v1ed an r8(idk if it's true but he was so good) this was early 2022 and when he lost to me, an unranked, he was so toxic saying I cheated. The reason I never wanted to join pro scene was because of how bad their behavior is and how they take a single game into a new level saying toxic things, cheating and complaining about ping.
