cruisin thru Mafia territory in the black sentinel, listening to this tune ..... ahhhww those were the days . now im getting older games just don't feel the same as they did . This game marked the change in next gen gaming . GTA FOREVER........
This station/game got me into trance...I must have hit Overdrive mode in all the Races to beat my best times, Survive the hardest Cop chases I've had...all thanks to this radio station...o_o.. And Double Cleff FM. This Station and Double Cleff = Best Stations out of the GTA Series. Followed by almost all the radio stations from GTA2.
There was a period in my life when everything SUCKED. I had downloaded this track from limewire and for a brief time... this song and a few pills made me feel amazing. Also inspired me to try new things in my own music. I gotta' say, under those circumstances THIS was one of the most inspirational songs I've ever come across.
I REMEMBER MY SISTER TAKING ME TO THE STORE TO BUY A NEW GAME FOR PS2 AND I COULDNT AFFORD VICE CITY AND GOT THIS GAME! BEST EXPERIENCE WITH M+ GAMES AS A CHILD *2002***
This song gives me chills. Pretty sure if I die this song would be playing throughout my final flashback of my life lol. Cruising the streets of liberty city in a banshee to this and plenty of other great GTA3 songs WAS my childhood. Wish they can re use the songs on newer ones. I will always vote GTA 3 as my all time favorite GTA.
I 100% share your feelings! So many people in the comments on all the GTA3 vids saying the same thing, I think we should all form some sort of fan club and get together and talk about all the nostalgic feelings and emotions as we would all have so much in common. Would probably help our mental health too 😂 and we would have a DJ who only plays RISE FM!! (ideally Andre the Accelerator 🤤🤣)
Lol, the last mission was epic listening to this, while i took the cartel's car to follow the chopper into the dam, then crushing the cartel dudes till they blew the car because i didn't wanted to get off from the fuuucking car D: failed that mission like thousan times, just for listening to Rise Fm LMFAO
2001 was a while ago, yet whenever I play GTA3 on my PC or PS2 and put it on Rise FM it doesn't matter, many memories of swearing at R3 missions, collecting the hidden packages and stealing taxis to this music.
They play the Shiny Toy Guns version of "You Are The One" at my job all of the time, and I immediately think of this mix once I hear the chorus. Every. Single. Time.
definitly right!! when som'one ask to me "what's your favorite grand theft auto", i always answer GTAIII, but no one agrees with my choice, so I just say "forget it, you just can't understand".. this game was the best i ever played when i was 10y'o... Best memorries !!!!
"This one goes out to the Light-weights sleeping in the basement" "The strobes and lasers are flashing and the Planetarium is pumping again!" GTA3 had the best Rave music in the series.
I love C.J. but Claude is the best. Doing the job the government is supposed to do, but won't... single-handedly. Chris Walsh & Dave Beran - Shake was the perfect song to have bumping as you overthrow the underworld by yourself.
Could someone tell me Please!!! Which song is playing as second from 3.00 min??!' I like it soo much' and noone mensioned yet..:( please reply-Thank You!!' ^_^
@MaksiuHardcore How about this: One time I was playing GTA 3 in my room when my sister showed up. When she walked in my room, the beat slowed down and died. She just looked at me for a minute and when she left my room, the music came back!!! Sheerly hilarious....
Wouldn't it be cool if in a GTA game we could find and go into this Planetarium? And we could dance and find people sleeping in the basement? It would certainly beat the shit out of The Malibu.
