Rise of Angmar Play Experience, The War of the Rohirrim/New Edition, and Rings of Power! 

While I generally agree with Devin that the Warriors of Rohan would on paper have an advantage over the Hillmen, both sides will probably wound each other on 4s if Hatred is preserved (Rohan guys might wound the shield guys on 5s). The real question is what they do with throwing spears - if they can't support by default, Rohan has to actually charge with everyone. Great to see a video from you guys again!

Enjoyable jaunt across three topics there. Useful to get some heads up on the new Angmar LL's/armies (and I guess we'll have to wait for the pdf which will accompany the new edition to see how they look in the new world). Thanks guys for taking the time to prepare and execute these videos; always nice to have hobby content to hobby along to.

to answer your question, those are Mumak from Harad, them are attacking all along the cost of Gondor and the Hillmen ask for there help to attack Rohan, so it's a Dunland and Serpent Horde alliance

Two points on Rings of Power... 1) Regarding licensing for miniatures, I am 99% sure that Amazon does NOT have the rights to produce/sell/license any merchandise. They ONLY have the rights to produce and distribute a TV show. That's why neither GW nor anyone else has got a license to make any official RoP miniatures, because that license isn't available from Amazon. 2) I gave up on Rings of Power after three episodes of S2. I just found it too boring and frustrating. However, I've got to say, Matt offered the best defence for it which I've yet heard anywhere. I might even be persuaded to watch some more. 👀

With regards to shadow of rhudaur and oppressive stackable effects, i can think of the ringwraith LL. I wonder how it would shake out if the rules gave SoR that ability.

52:53 Game does not stack. Moments later… Fortify Spirit + Resistant to Magic STACK. Haha. If I’m TO, Shadow is getting his -1 Courage Buff on top of the Harbinger. Intent is clear. RAW does not mention that it doesn’t stack with Harbinger (as many other -1 courage rules do).

I would be so disappointed if the rings of power somehow started impacting our game. Between the complete bastardization of Tolkien's lore, to the insanely poorly written characters, it would only serve to divide those who play MESBG: either huge Tolkien fans (of whom the majority despise RoP) or those who play MESBG because of gaming aspect, with little knowledge of the lore. Frankly, the show can stay exactly where it belongs, with a hollow IP purchase in an attempt to cash in on the cash cow that was LotR.
