Rise of the Tomb Raider is here! Or as it's known to others, Tomb Raider 2. Tomb Raider has been a staple in gaming for the past 20 years, but for the last decade or so it became a washed up franchise. All that changed in 2013 when Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix rebooted the franchise. The 2013 was brilliant, and introduced a much rougher and grimier version of the franchise. Rise of the Tomb Raider plays it safe her, but in a good way. This is game plays very much like the first one, but just makes small improvements all the way around. The game looks beautiful, and runs smooth despite the 30fps. Lara in particular is looks excellent. This is a must play for any fan of the franchise, and for anyone enjoys these type of action adventure games.
As always we included relevant gameplay, important dialogue and all cutscenes to create a fluid cinematic experience. We hope you enjoy!

@@starlight5512 There is nothing, I hate this game because it is easy generic, liniar comes with that setimetibalism cliché and etc. spoiled the character LARA CROFT is no longer a super hero for a girl who walks in war and moans all the time, by the way Rebot is the time This way, it does not bring any innovation to the Series, much less to the world of Games. As it was at the time of PSOne, I think the only one that still buried me was Rebot's First because Herendo for an origin story isn't right.

When you re-enter the game after completing it there is also a segment where Lara has a brief conversation with Sofia about her people moving on after all that has happened. Very nice touch.

Good memories of 2015, from reboot trilogy games. She has evolved from survivor to Explorer and now predator. Her journey was not easy, she proves herself BEST. She is favourite video game heroine.

This Lara is so much prettier and cuter than the Lara from the old games. Sure the 1996-2000s Lara had the body but she had a hard, old, ugly face. This one is so innocently pretty.

@@starlight5512 She's actually a mixture of a few models. Megan Farquhar and Camilla Luddington. However, she resembles Camilla more because of newer motion capture tech used in Rise and onwards. This also explains the slight variation between games. Nonetheless, the models are gorgeous woman in real life, but I feel Lara is even more beautiful than her actresses! To me she looks very unique and I am in love with her!!! :D

Lara is such amazing character. This incarnation of Lara is one of the most captivating protagonists in gaming. She's written and voice acted so well, and I can feel everything she feels. I have no experience with the classic Tomb Raider games, or the Legends games, so fans of those series are probably not a fan of this reboot, but as a newcomer this is amazing. What keeps me playing is just how strong of a character Lara is. She's strong and motivated, yet emotional and neurotic.

At 2:13:00 when she breaks the bulletproof glass.How did she break a bulletproof glass piece with a fire extinguisher but failed to do so using a gun.Now may I remind you that a gun generates a few tonnes of force onto a tiny surface while a fire extinguisher generates a force of a few kg/cm2 with a larger surface.Its againts the laws of phyisics.A gun would have a greater chance of breaking the glass than a fire extinguisher.If they actually paid attention to this detail,it would mean a difference between life and death.

Agreed. I just finished the game and while it was fun, the pacing is wayyy off at the end there. I expected to fight a half-immortal Ana or at least have to kill leftover Trinity soldiers in order to get back to the Valley, but nope, just quick and over. Still a good game though.

Good gameplay editing from scene to scene, a little rough here and there. But good overall. Would have liked to see the artifacts included as well though. It is a major part of the game after all, seeing that it adds to the storyline immensely. Thanks.

Watched around 15 minutes of game play so far (including the other game play trailer) and I've already seen the same "slide down a slope, use climbing pick to grab on " happen 3 times.

Tomb raider was originally about a self funded archeologists that's fascinated with the underworld. Now tomb raider is about spanish drama and Murican gun fights. I missed the days in tomb raider 4 where you literally had to memorise the map, just to see how the puzzle fits as a whole. Now the puzzles is just a half hearted side quest with no relation to anything.

I was just checking to see that my eyes didn't fool me. Shadow of the tomb raider is way worse than 2013 TR and rise of the tomb raider in every aspect. Graphics, level design, combat, story and even cutscenes were so much better. I don't really know what went wrong with shadow of the tomb raider.

Judging by that map of the Yucatan peninsula at the end, I expect the next Tomb Raider game to have plenty of Mayan ruins. Perhaps we might even be dealing with extraterrestrial mythology seeing as how that circle looks about the same size as the crater that wiped out the non-avian dinosaurs 65 million years ago. Oh boy oh boy, so many possibilities. :D

He had a digital phone, but they wouldn't have existed at the time of that Flashback... I also got a kick out of that guy taking 4 revolver shots like they were nothing lol.
