God i love this dude, i'm so grateful he ended up being a good fight but nowhere near as infuriating as Risen Valstrax when he released.
While i'm still unsure if i like him more than Chaotic Gore Magala, i'm so happy with his armor, Amatsu's armor and the new Talismans, now Dual Blades has so many paths and variables to comfortably achieve as much elemental damage as possible, with the right Talisman you can get almost everything i have in this video with minimal qurio augmenting luck.
And with that said, now i'll start working on the update to my DB's Guide for TU5, i can only say, after going through around 2000 Talismans since the update hit, all DB's builds have received massive buffs (0 HP drain ones, Strife + Berserk, Dragon Conversion + Furious, Frostcraft, all), i'll get to craft all the templates i can based on the Talismans i saw on that melding journey, and let me tell you, it's gonna be a lot of them, hopefully you'll be able to find one that fits either what you want or what you have, but with that out of the way, off i go.

How do you heal the red damage so fast? I’m on console and I’m afraid to try the berserk/blood lust build lol. I’m afraid I’m gonna die on multiplayer. On tu3 patch atm

I'll be real with you, i wouldn't use this on multiplayer until you get EXTREMELY comfortable with it, cuz it has like this learning curve the more you use it until it becomes a no issue to manage it, but until them i would keep practicing solo. Now, on too actually healing so much like i do, it's a combination of Kushala Blessing lvl 3 and as many points in Recovery up (not speed) as you can, the combination of both skills enhances the healing from Blood rite and other healing sources (Gourmet Fish included) to make it waaay easier to keep you HP full with Berserk on.

It was a mod based on Genshin Impact font, but is no longer available, at least on Nexusmods where I got it. I wanted to re-upload it here in the channel for a while, but then learned from the original author of the mod that it got taken down due to a copyright claim from MiHoYo themselves, so I don't think I'll be able to do so.

In my personal opinion, he is THE hardest monster in this game, even more than Primordial Malzeno, and it only gets worse when you fight the EX/Special Investigation, my biggest tips against him are: 1. Make an effort to learn his openings, I can't stress enough how life changing compared to other monsters is to learn and recognize which moves he ends with the "head shake" idle animation and punish them accordingly by attacking him before he even does that idle animation, he is just so chaotic that reacting to that opening is not enough, you have to "predict it" by actually learning which moves he always ends on that opening and which don't. 2. Always be ready to abuse his Wingarm part break topple if possible, he always seems to recover incredibly fast from most forms of knockdowns/tropples except for those two chances, go ham when you get them. But yeah, I liked this guy a lot here in his initial form, but the lvl 300 and Special Investigation versions of him have me not wanting to see him for like 2-3 whole generations. 😭😂

I just reached chaotic gore megala, made his set and didn't realize that bloodlust + berserk would suck all my hp away. At this point in the game do you know any way that i could counter the effects of having my hp being sucked by those skills?

The best you can do is either try to make up for the double drain by using Recovery Up + Kushala Blessing lvl 3 and eating for Dango Recovery Lvl 4 + Dango Medic, or getting rid of Bloodlust though augments, doing this you'll have to compensate the missing 20%/25% Affinity with things like Maximum Might and you lose the free full Heal from overcoming the Frenzy, but quite honestly those are the two best ways to deal with that double HP drain interaction.

The jump attack I'm using in this (Demon Flight) has i-frames during the jumping part of the animation, and they extended even further when you land the attack, going from just the jump part to the entire attack up until you start falling down.

Ignore all the 2nd skills on my augments, use Skills+ on everything with fodder skills so you don’t waste 8k+ essence with the normal augmenting option per piece alone like me, and stop at the first roll with Strife/MoH + Crit Ele/Ele Exploit/Burst, and always remember RNG is a b*tch. Also this build is a little outdated, if you have a Berserk 2 Talisman i suggest going for a Berserk Heaven-sent set, you can find that on my DB guide or one of my latest DB runs.

Great run! I found risen Shagaru rlly fun and the easiest risen elder with berserk db, but I can never get anywhere near ur times Also how did u get that berserk 2 talisman, I've rolled so many times and I've gotten like 3 berserk 1s 😭

I rolled around 2000 talismans in the new system in preparations for the update to the DB’s guide, and i saw a grand total of four Berserk 2 ones and like eight to ten Berserk 1 ones, so… yeah… just take it easy and let it come. At least a Berserk 1 talisman already lets you upgrade old sets significantly, doesn’t matter the slot combination or the 2nd skill.

I will cover a brief update to the previous TU4 builds i showed on my guide, cuz thanks to the new talismans, even a really basic one for the new standards, like Weakness Exploit 3, Maximum Might 3, Blood rite 2-3, along others, with 2-2-1 slots or higher and whatever 2nd skill, from the Cyclus melding option, it's a sizeable upgrade to those. As long as your talisman has more than a 1-1-1 deco slot combination it can be a significant upgrade to existing Strife Berserk builds. Updating this comment, cuz i was informed that you can't get 2nd skills in the Cyclus melding that are not on the list for the 1st skill to begin with, r.i.p. easy Blood Rite Berserk 1 talismans.

i’m just happy he wasn’t another Risen Valstrax situation with the mix-up game, the more you fight him the more you realize how many openings he has after most attacks. And even if he has some scary ones, at least he doesn’t have Chaotic Gore mix-ups with his moves, that would have been a true nightmare, lol.

Cool stuff, I was having a bit of trouble with bow at first but then switched to dual blades and was smooth sailing 😅 Not even close to that time though that damage is insane I cant get over your god rolls in every piece that's insane, 2 good skills PLUS good slots, I didn't even know that was possible I thought that there was a limit to that as in if you have 2 good skills you can't get good slots and stuff like that Also my rolls always give me -20/-25 defense so I end up with very little defense as well, either I'm incredibly unlucky or I'm doing something wrong Did you use the normal augments or the skills+? 🤔

I’m going to downgrade this build, it’s clear to me, between the Amatsu video and this one, that people will qualify anything other than a single skill and nothing more per piece has “modded”, so i’ll comply to this standard and then i’ll see what’s the next goal post to consider the roll legit will be. Just use normal rolling to match the first augment on each piece, and then Skill+ on the chest to force the -Ammo up +one skill you want and 2 slots, that one was the biggest time sink tbh, going for 2 slots and an specific skill it’s no different than chasing an S tier skill with no skill loss on normal rolling. And lastly, if you ever feel too unlucky while rolling, as in, you have around 100 rolls without a good roll passing by, do a quest, save, fully exit the game, come back, do another quest, and resume rolling, that’s what i tend to do in those situations trying to fish for better rng and stuff.

A combination of Kushala Blessing lvl 3, as many levels of Recovery up and Dango Medic you can afford, and Super Recovery Dango lvl 4 and/or a Gourmet Fish, can nullify the HP drain from Berserk until you take a big hit or a couple of hits. If you rewatch this fight now that you know this, you’ll notice my HP only goes down after taking big hits or i’m under the Frenzy virus from Bloodlust, but Berserk by itsef it’s a non-issue with this setup.
