Ok, lets put this in perspective. You're walking down the street and a person stops you and asks you to give them your money if you want, but you are not obligated, anyway if you do give him your money, it will be stolen and you will never see it again, what would you choose? Isn't taxes in this situation the same? Why give away your money if you are not obligated? Knowing its going to be stolen after all.

@@notablecarrot2831 it doesn't matter who it is, if you had enough money and power to avoid the taxes because of breaches in the taxing law, would you pay them? I know I wouldn't I'd rather throw the money in the toilet and flush it, before other people keep it for them, at least I decided where that money went.

No, the government should be happy that she chose to live in their country, and spending her money there. She earned it elsewhere and she payed taxes there.. Why should she pay taxes twice? Why is England ungrateful for her living there? Why does England feel entitled to a part of anyone's money without doing nothing in return? Taxes should be abolished and the politicians should work for their bred by making some kind of profit, and not by being a liability to the people paying their wages.

Hot take: Tin foil up he was put in place because he had a wife with the non-dom tax arrangement so that when the time comes he would remove it (with a nice innocent cover story). The public charade at the house of lords, or whatever the uk parliment is called, is just that public cover. Tin foil down.

I’m totally for shaming anyone who breaks rules, but as it was not illegal but clearly immoral I find this to be a little witch hunty. Where as labour have clearly tried to hide their donations which I feel should be also pointed out but as they’ve done it illegally I feel they should be in court for their failings.
