Hi .. we travelled in March .. this year before the lockdown .. I guess things are opening up in Rishikesh .. please ask local agency or call hotel to know more details .. they might ask a negative covid test if u are travelling from outside Uttarakhand..
what does it say about us as a people that we know the place because some foreigners visited and not because of its intrinsic magnificence? Also, please note that hrishikesh-haridwar are not tourist spots. Already drunkards have started showing up turning this amazing place into yet another goa.
