The Buckeyes have a gem in James Laurinitas. He’s an overachiever and a guy who played way above his talent level first in college and then as a pro. Now as a linebacker coach and recruiter, he’s going to bring some real studs like Riley in year after year. I can see him as a future defensive coordinator and then a head coach down the road.
