The way you explained waking up with so much more meaning that just being grateful for life in such a beautiful poetic way made me realize i wasn't showing up for myself on the wake up i'll definitely give more attention to my rising thank you for opening my eyes to a different perspective
I love how you say that waking up is "coming back to this reality", and I know this so well in bones.. As a single mom I often get woken up by someone's needs... But I see I need to make space for ME, not just waking up with a jolt, running on adrenalin and being in fight or flight for the rest of the day.
Fill your cup first so you can meet other’s needs as well. I recently saw a post that said “your children deserve a happy mom that takes care of herself” 🤍
instantly subscribing omg I love your entire vibe and thank you so much for realistically showing how morning routines can change. its so important to honor what our body is asking for us to do in that moment. of course we have to be consistent but life happens.... as long as we do at least ONE thing to care for our body+ spirit even during a difficult morning, that is a morning routine.. that is progress. I am also trying hard to get back into my creative expression too, this inspired me so much. thank you !!!
omg i love the way you speak! i also love the way your cat is in almost every frame! also, btw, tulips and a lot of other flowers are toxic to cats and can cause allergic reactions!! i didn’t know until my cats started getting a bit sick, so just be careful with fresh-cut flowers :) i put mine in my kitchen (where the cats dont or, or at least not very often)!!

I've been praying for guidance for a nice ritual for me and I do a lot of these things and love doing them in the morning and night but I'm tryna find a routine & ritual that helps me. And I have adhd and I get overwhelmed and frustrated so i felt i didnt need a routine or schedule. I thought maybe I'm just meant to flow. Flow is nice but i do need some type of routine bc I feel all over the place, so thank you again. ❤

comparison is the thief of joy, enjoy where you are & more good fortune shall come to you in the future my love. social media is not real, remember to live your life and truly be in the moment. manifest the dream life you would like to live by journaling, meditating, visualizing, and so many more ways to do so. you are meant to be where you are at the moment, but remember nothing lasts forever and you will be in a different circumstance a year from now, don’t give up on yourself and always have faith.

do u have any advice on how to implement a routine like this when u work early morning shifts? (like 7am-3pm) idk if i’d be willing to wake up any earlier than i already do lol
peace, i recommend using your commute to work as the opportunity to connect, wether its listening to frequencies or devoting that time to have a 1 on 1 conversation with the divine. listening to a podcast. anything that will calm your nervous system and/or remind you of the path you are choosing to take. its easy to forget. so its important to consistently remember. hope this helps. xx
@@lilmama13cre i used to do that, but then i found that i could never stay committed or motivated at night :(, especially after working all day. i find it’s best for me to do it at the start of the day when i’ve had no distractions or screen time. but it’s not possible when im waking up at 5:30am already😭 it’s such a struggle tbh

no true, that’s a limiting belief only you believe. others don’t think the same way you do, we are all different. you are what you watch, think, see & say. be careful doing anything because even your negative thoughts/self talk manifest without you realizing it.
