The video is very useful, but I am not sure if the heat map at 4:40 is filled out correctly. Shouldn't both vaccine transportation risks be graded 5 on severity and 1, 3, respectively, on likelihood of occurence?
Dear Stefan, thank you for your comments. Both vaccine transportation risks are graded as 5 on severity at 4:40, what Jim points out with 1 and 2 are the reference number of the situations, he marks these under column 5 on severity. Further down (5:03), in the excel sheet template he marks the likelihood of occurence as 1 and 3 as you indicated.
