According to me the biggest challenge in creating a risk breakdown structure is the lack of context understanding of the organization, function, or process being risk assessed.
Thinking overlapping about risk is also one of the problems. You might implement those risk however, post that you will get to know that the risk was beneficial & we implemented in a wrong manner.
great and very informative video... wanted to knowwhat does RBS stands for: Risk breakdown structure and resource breakdown structure, and in exam what RBS be taken for .... bcoz i faced in this in one of my mock tests where i got the answer wrong bcoz of this confusion.... can you plz clarify??
Hi Sangeeta, ideally you should be able to make out whether R in RBS stands for Risk or Resource based on what the question is about. PMP questions aren't this ambiguous. All the best 😊👍
Going into too much detail, wasting time on listing down unimportant risks, not identifying important/high probability risks can be the biggest challenges in creating RBS.
