Point 1. When you add content to the game, you are the only judge of your idea until you publish it, and you only have to worry about 1 edition (java) of the game, and you dont have to worry much about how well it fits with vanilla (unless you do, but the overall modding community they dont that much). Mojang has a team judging their ideas, and when you got that not many ideas pass through, only good ones (although not always the case, *phantoms*, you get the point), Mojang also has a bunch of platforms with different capabilities and control schemes and they have to make sure the features are compatible w them, and Mojang has to make the new features not clash with already existing stuff while still fitting the vibe of the game and still being vanilla (though maybe not always, still most of the time) Point 2. Not all the people working on Mojang develop the game, you got teams for social media, teams for coming up with ideas, each different edition of the game has a team for developing it, bugfixing it, and testing it, and probably even more working on background stuff we have no idea about. Point 3. I cant defend Mojang on this one, infact there are alot of promises that they still haven't fulfilled, from features to performance and bugfixes. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but when you promise us a biome update years ago and still haven't done it, there is only so much benefit one can give.. extra notes: 1. No, you cant add all 3 mob votes in a day, even if you sleep deprived yourself it would probably need a week to make them just function correctly, and even more time to make sure they dont cause any bugs, gameplay or otherwise, and dont eat the performance of the game. 2. They dont throw unimplemented ideas into the pit of deletion, many unvoted ideas got added to the game and more will be added in the future, you just have to wait, if you cant thats on you, and if you dont like added features thats also on you, its a community vote and the community voted. 3. Try to be a little more respectful to the people that made the game you like, they are humans with lives and shouldn't be working 24/7 for your satisfaction, you chose to buy the game, and if you dont like it get a refund and leave. respectfully, someone who has no idea who you are, have a nice day.
