Very helpful. You explain in a clear and consise manner. Appreciated tbe pauses in Voiceover before continuing onto the next point and multiple examples given. Top work 👍
It is infinitely more fun than RISK in that the time vs. engagement is absolutely remedied. A two player playthrough has been recorded and will be added soon!
Another game I was ignoring because I thought it would not work at 2p. Another game I bought to play at 2p with my Dad :) Yes, it is random, swingy but still a lot of fun with come-from-behind last minute wins. Thanks for the video :)
You mentioned that we can draw from the discarded pile as well when its our turn , is that allowed since we will know which continent we will be drawing or is the discarded pile also kept facing down like the main pile
Question - what happens if you run out of Continent Cards? Should you either (a) Reshuffle the Surrendered Continent Cards deck to use as the new Continent Cards deck? (b) Use the Surrendered Continent Cards deck only? Many thanks for uploading this video and apologies if I have overlooked the answer.
No reshuffle on the continent cards. Once the continent card deck is empty those cards will be in someone’s tableau to be attacked or discarded in the middle to be drawn.
Can you draw from the discsrd tactic pile at the start of your turn? Dont really understand the rules of the surrender continent and discsrded tactic piles
Can you freely select and take the discarded continent cards that are face up in the middle or do you have to take the oldest card that is at the back?
If you have placed two or three squad cards, can you also cancel the attack if you lose a squad card? And what then happens to the already activated squad cards that are still on the defender or attacker? And can you also change the attacking continent in one turn, so that you can attack other players from a different one or choose a different continent from the already defending player?
@@fenirob But then other players can know that you now have the cards in your hands. You saw the squad cards that you took back. If someone does it specifically to see if the defender still has squad cards and then stops because it doesn't suit him. As far as I know you can also attack by laying a squad card. Then place squad cards on the same continent again and attack the same continent from players?
@@fenirobI think all troop cards get discarded at the end of battle, so if you decide to not continue the battle and troop cards are still deployed, they would be discarded and don’t go back in hand.
@@cougmike yes, you are correct. I was thinking of the sabotage tactics card. I have now edited my previous response to Alpenberg. Thanks for the correction.
