This is on the lower side calorie wise but not by much. As I've said before I've been freezing chocolates lately (Any with cream in the middle). Works really well and I'd imagine this would work well and the mint would be cold. I guess mint is associated with 'cool' etc so that would work well. I'm sure you'll know but not sure if you've reviewed the After Eight Christmas Tin with Milk, Dark and White flavours in. Also, did you ever review the After Eight Munchies?Have you heard the news that Quality Street are bringing back the Toffee Deluxe after only a year. Not sure if we discussed last year haha. It does mean that they have 13 in the tin now which could be a curse. Another Nestle product. Nestle are my favourite brand I have to say if it was between Mars, Cadbury and them after I was forced into overspending on seven of those Black and White Lion Bars online last week. Had to try before they disappeared into the land of Limited Edition Chocolate we all want back.
Yes, I think you may well be onto something there with freezing (or at least refrigerating!) chocolate that has a lot of cream in it...it's usually a bit too much for me, but chilled, it may make it far more tolerable! I do know the selection of After Eights that you mean, and will have to be on the look out for those this Christmas! I have reviewed After Eight Munchies (used to be called Mintolas!)...they're nice, but regular Munchies are amazing...I love them a lot haha really?! I didn't know that...oh dear....well I guess it's a bit like New Coke and then them reverting the recipe back to how it was, and it actually gave them a lot of positive publicity! haha I do like Nestle, but think I do prefer Cadbury! But, having said that, there are many Nestlé products that I really like....I think ti's just that I prefer the actual chocolate of Cadbury, but Nestlé do some great products...I'm not a fan of Quality Street though.... I've had white chocolate Lion bar, but not a black and white one! How was it?!
Fantastic. Almost Toffee Crisp like but White with a Chocolate Wafer and Chocolate Caramel. Much like the Mars Choco Brownie with that Dark Caramel. Had Cookie Pieces also but those were pretty much unnoticeable. You're comment about Munchies has just reminded me of a Nestle Traybake I had for my birthday on probably two years as a kid. Just realised I'm raving about yet another Nestle product. They don't sell it anymore but if you Google it its something to behold. I think its also because I seen an Asda Halloween Traybake today so as soon as you mentioned Munchies which were a key part of this that got me.
