The stand .. itself is so awful for Rifts since it lacks the movement of Barraging back, but that doesn't make the stand LOOK BAD, nor terrible, It's pretty good for PVP, if you know how to use it, but against enemy AI it's not the best.. I love how they made it pretty accurate to the anime though they did pretty well
You're overlooking specs, we had the same problem with ctr and metallica, but if you just get vampiric barrage that's p much solved. (Also MOST stands need specs to be good (aside from ta4 + war axe ofc))
I think this what called as help stand which supposed to be used not as main but as additional help if you main spec and having a weapon to deal damage. Something was with Metallica but it much better.
it would be so cool if they added a mechanic to the arrow grab, where if you were standless you could get a stand, (a chance not guarenteed, maybe make it a decently rare one? like 25%?)
if you gear crow noice. try dash or jump to avoid leg grab move, it normaly you can block other 2 move when it didn't amplified, if it is, try to run as much as you can and dpn't stay still. same as his ult.
