IN CONCLUSION we enjoyed a fantastic holiday at this lovely resort, which is surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were very helpful and kind from the moment we checked in, ensuring that the room was ready when we arrived. The beach is magnificent, with its beautiful palm trees and crystal-clear blue water. The pools, in our opinion, are small for the size of the resort, but because the beach is so lovely, everyone has a spot to rest, which was not a problem for us. The cuisine was excellent, with plenty of selections at the buffet and restaurants. If you become bored, you can go for a walk or shop at the nearby market, which is safe and appealing. This resort is ideal for families looking for a pleasant and calm environment in the heart of the gorgeous Riviera Maya.

Restaurants - 4.5/5 Stars (Japanese restaurant “Yashima” was our favorite.)
Rooms - 4.5/5 Stars (Everything worked well, but having the hot tub in the middle of the room was not the best choice because it takes up too much space.)
Sleep Quality - 5/5 Stars (The mattress was soft and comfortable.)
Cleanliness - 5/5 Stars (The staff was constantly cleaning and organizing the surrounds and facilities.)
