If it seems a little too fast for you, just click on the three dots on the top right corner of this video and slow it down (if you didn't know, that is an option on RU-vid. You can even speed up videos). Also, I am aware of that some clips in the video were short, but I had to cut some clips to make the video short, since it is already pretty long (25 minutes).
