I got a size small, but the finger compartment was a a bit longer than I’d like. That’s cuz my fingers are not that long. So if you’d say you have average or longer fingers I’d say a medium would be good. They also have a size chart, try to measure your hand for more accurate sizing. For me I just know my hands are one the smaller side so a small worked. If you know you are more average, I’d say medium will be good. Some other specs, I weigh roughly 145lbs and I am 5 foot 7 inches tall

We have the same hand circumference. I’m about 8 1/4. I think it will be a good fit.
