Work hard but play even harder. I forget sometimes how blessed it is to be a country kid. Pretty much have been one my nearly 60 years on earth. Up there reminds me of my home here in Kentucky. Always something to get done but so many nice diversions to keep life fun. I really enjoyed this one! Starting to look really good there.
In the south, we refer to river people as river rats. One generation seems to pass the love of the river on to the next. Growing up, I was privileged to have an uncle who shared his passion to nieces, nephews and his daughter. Memories that last a lifetime.

you got alot of things accomplished, great job, but you still found time to enjoy those ephemeral moments. I so enjoyed watching you hop from rock to rock and diving in the river. Huckleberry Finn was also a river bum and he knew how to enjoy camping, fishing, exploring and cooking on the river. You would make Mark Twain proud, Kyle! 😂 Blessings, what a superb video, as usual!

Go with a metal roof I had it installed on our farmhouse and barn. I absolutely love it zero maintenance just gotta watch out for the snow flying off it in the winter

@@TroutandCoffeewell, it came down last June 30th, crushed my car, ripped the electric off the house. Bad storm, lucky the house didn't get crushed by it. It was about 8-10' from the living room.

French drain is the answer around the house if you want the water to stop going into the basement and then direct the drainage route to your creek or garden
