Great vid, seen you up and down that stretch many a time, i'm convinced theres bigger in that stretch 👍 shame about the mirror i saw a pic of that when it was a 40 caught by the river trust moorings on the main river, next time you pass me i'll throw up a wave lol 😆
Cool video, there's afew boats on the river this new river season, fishing fir carp/catfish, more boats than last year, I was at farndon, and over afew days ,had 5-6 boats ,mainly evening and during the nights, not sure how they got on, looking forward to seeing how you get on, cracking mirror too, tight lines, good health and safe travels, cheers craig
Great vids, well done keep it up. Love this kind of fishing. Contents like this has inspired me into saving for a boat. Just a quick question, will i have to pay for a fishing membership when fishing a owned stretch of river from your own boat? Cheers 👍
Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it👍🏻 it's a grey area regards fishing rights, but in most cases you will need a permit for the stretch and permission to fish from a boat. Otherwise be a renagade😉😆👍🏻
I still maintain the rod licenses are a rip off, and the environment agency are next to useless, this is exactly the kind of thing they should be on the other end of the phone line for, in this situation where the carp has been attacked, they should be a vet on hand to treat the wound and administer antibiotics to the fish
I agree mate, either that or a better system in place to monitor and manage the numbers of otters. As it stand the fish and other wildlife don't stand a chance. Thanks for watching👍🏻
