Hello my friend , Hope you and your family are doing well ! Here in Las Vegas we are living in the desert ! In the summer time ( mid May - late September ) the temperatures get really hot ( 110 - 117 degrees is not uncommon ) ! You can cook meat inside your car on the dashboard in a pan ! I have seen it done ! ( 150 degrees inside a standing vehicle in the sun ) You must always park in the shade , or the inside of your car will be like an oven ! The outside will be too hot to even touch your door handle ! If you don't have AC forget it , you will feel so miserable and dehydrate in minutes ! Some people have even forgotten their children or pets in their cars with tragic results ! The sun here can burn your skin very easily in the summer months ! We have no humidity , so it is a dry heat like inside an oven ! It hardly ever rains here ! I know Cambodia is very humid , so it has a different kind of heat ! Should you ever visit Las Vegas , never come in the summer months ! It is too hot ! October and April are the best months to visit ( 80 degrees ) ! Kids are in school and there are less tourists ! People who visit Las Vegas also like to come out at night to avoid the sun and daytime heat ! I know it's the same in Cambodia ! It was March 2016 - The river festival in Kampong Cham. For year 2017, the river festival is at Steung Treng Province (it falls on 23, 24, 25, 26 March 2017). Next year River festival will be another provinces along the river
