If I ride on single canoe in white water. I never alter hands on the paddle. Some kinds of strokes on oposit side I perform with same hand hold. So I Wonder if on the paddleboard is possible same strokes. It can be different sit on the knees or stand on feets.

Mike, I've seem some people doing a across the board stern brace. What do you think of that? I would be interested in a video on that. Well any and all that will help me improve.
