Enjoyed the video and it was nice to look inside the mill as it's been closed when l have been . The river Very is flowing very strongly at the moment . Have you seen The floods in Verulamium park in St . Alban's ? The River Mimram is another lovely chalk stream nearby and more unspoilt .
Hello Susan no I haven't seen the flooded park, but I'm not surprised! The mimram is lovely and I will film it one day, the chess also has some beautiful stretches and I found its source at Little Pednor a few weeks ago so that is also on the list.
fascinating to see the inside of that old mill. And I think it's great they have it still working ! And yes, it is nice to see one like that that hasn't been turned into a fucking Wetherspoons. As for the rain, it's been horrible hasn't it ? Nearly non-stop. And I bet there are still going to be droughts this summer ( wrong kind of rain will be the excuse no doubt ).
@@jim.m75 Oh dear, talk about foreshadowing.... I've just read an article in which there are droughts expected this summer... You couldn't make this up could you ? 🤣
I don't think using human waste , or from any meat eater for that matter, for nutrients is legal. Meat eater waste carries disease. The farmer is a naughty boy.
My suspicions exactly Betty, I have mixed feelings regarding farmers. The majority of them couldn't give a toss any more its all about maximum profits for minimum effort. Show me a poor farmer!
