the sequel to an honestly shit video in the first place that got 1 million views?? hello?? anyways thanks for watching! also follow me on twitter if you want lol: / xaudreyxm
honestly thats why I lowkey love the show, its so fucking funny and cringe that it makes for some great memories when you and your friends just roast the shit out of it
Any topic they touch on they make cringeworthy. Conversations between human beings? Cringe. High school gangs? Hella cringe (they play dungeons and dragons for fucks sake). Teenager that solves crimes and is being stalked by a serial killer that turns out to be her dad?
I don’t think they know any living humans in general. Just took some shakespeare and translated it back and forth until it became unintellegable and BOOM there’s riverdale I guess.
Emma's Adventures I haven’t watched all of season 1 or 2 but I started watching Season 3 and I actually really like it except for some of the cringey writing and moments.
season 1: oh kinda cringy but this is actually fun?? teenagers solving some mysteries!!! season 2: ... serial killer? gangs?? milkshake?...?? season 3: umm...??????
Poor dude: I dropped out when i was in fourth grade, I just don’t understand anything like math or good handwriting. Because of that i’ll never be able to get a good working job and will probably either be on the streets or selling drugs my whole life. Archie: “tHaT mEaNs yOu dOn’T kNoW tHe hIgHs aNd LoWs oF hIgHsChoOl fOoTbAlL”
Let me see Guy: I dropped the fourth grade to run drugs and to support my nana Archie: then you have to the triumphs and defeats the epic highs and lows of High.... School... Football.... 😑 Guy: what the f* 0:03
Remember when Greg and Rowley from Diary of a Wimpy Kid were doing a magic show and it was an epic failure, so they turned it into an unintentional comedy show, I feel like that is what the writers of Riverdale are trying to do.
@@therealriahlela I agree for the most part. The show is ridiculous, but enjoyable in an ironic way. But I did love the weirdo speech. Totally resonated with me. I say stuff like that. I don't know if you were referring to the weirdo speech or the imposter line.
That means you haven't known the triumphs and defeats; the epic highs and lows of: A) solving murders B) serving Hiram Lodge C) starting gangs to save your dad D) figuring out who a mass murderer is If you guessed any of these, _you're wrong_ and the correct answer is *_high school football_*
"You better be ready to go full dark, no stars!" ah, yes, because when i think badass "let's get dangerous" analogies, i think of a collection of horror stories by stephen king that includes 1922, where a man murders his wife and then loses everything, fair extension, where a man wishes every misfortune he has ever had on a man who doesn't truly deserve it, a good marriage, about a serial killer, and big driver, a rape and revenge story. yes, truly, you must be ready to go full dark no stars.
i watched the first two seasons and i didn’t really notice the cringe until the second/beginning of the third season, so i just gave up 😂 season one is the only good season that makes sense compared to 2 which is trash and then 3 which is even more shit
i think season one was good because it knew it was a cheesy teen drama but with seasons two and three the writing and acting is just god awful in every scene
I wish this show had better writers and concept. I grew up reading the Archie comics. At first I didn’t want there to be tv show but I grew on the idea because I thought it was gonna be a lighted hearted teen school drama. I was not expecting murder mystery show. I don’t think the Archie comics are good as a murder mystery show at all and the writers need to be fired. Goodness, it hilarious how bad the writing is...
Rachel Gonzalez oooookkk I agree, partly. I think the idea of a murder mystery based in Riverdale (off the Archie comics) can work very well. I think this show as it is right now could be great... with better writers as everything it’s all in the writing.
I get how the concept/plot is vastly different, but don't you think the dialog kind of holds true to the comics? Sure, it's often cringy, but I think part of the charm of the comics lies in the characters' alliteration and snappy one-liners, and they carried that over to the show.
