They have not left the party.. you should ask yourself why PDP is not fighting it.. it is not the right of Sim. But the right of the party.. there is no official email from any of their ward Chairman with his signature or their membership card.. if you say, they are not in PDP..APC are saying they are not in their party💁

What constitution is he arguing about? What did Supreme Court say about two-third provisions of states plus Abuja in winning the presidential election. Lawyers seems to be confused. Interpretation as it suits?.

He is a senior advocate of Nigeria, and he is telling you the facts of your law. He is telling you what your law says. Judges may choose to do what they like, but until the constitution is changed, it remains what it is . Are we allergic to the truth, or what as a nation ? So he shouldn't state the fact of law anymore or give his view?

How could they not figure out which court had jurisdiction over the matter? It seems like a simple case to me. It shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to figure out that the case should have gone to the Federal High Court and not the State High Court. Lawyers ehn 😂😂

Martins Amaewhule is the current speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly as it stands, because of a judgment of the Abuja Federal High Court headed by the honorable Justice Omotosho. The judgment recognizes Amaewhule as the speaker, and it has not been set aside by a higher court.

How can group of SANs and Professors jointly make mistakes. I need better explanation from an intelligent person not a legal practitioner

After collecting money frm sim , you people will start displaying stupidity.. It not longer the fight for the party😂 Because the party is not fighting ..it is now personal interest 💁.. after talking ,please take your evidence to the court,Letter from the word chairman with his signature 💁and their membership card . That is the most important thing for defecting.. rubbish.
