For me personally, I don’t really get into a comeback until I see the dance practice vid or the performance stage. I think for me I’m really into how idols showcase their skills in a performance rather than the M/v and sometimes M/v’s don’t always showcase their skills. That’s why M/v’s are a hit or miss for me. I think for Loco that was definitely the case . I didn’t like it at face value alone but once I saw them perform it I was hooked. I feel like Khadija is going to love the song more once she watches a stage or dance practice vid. And I feel like Dizz, Monroe and Zak will rather prefer the performance version of this song more , rather than the M/v version b/c it doesn’t have that weird break in the song. Would rIVerse be down to start reacting to adding another segment in their reaction videos to react to performance videos along with the M/v and give their playlist or nah twice after each vid? it's incredible how much dizz's energy influences and affects the others' perceoption of the music. When he's in a good mood everybody enjoys the moment and whenever he's a bit down or not as enthusiastic the reaction is different in a negative way. He unconsciously leads the vibe and the opinions of the group
Genuinely curious why you’d have Dizz in the video if he’s not feeling it, or too tired to give any kind of reaction? It kinda ruined the mood for the rest of the reaction :( Personally, I’d rather Dizz just rest and not be in the video than to have him just sit there awkwardly..

I said the same thing, they should've let him rest instead of having him there because he showed no reaction. I understand that you don't need to be energetic or something for a song but still. He shouldn't be there if he's not feeling well :(
this one was 110% a grower for me, was not a fan first few listens but now it's up there as one of my fave titles from them. watching the live stages every day really helped.
don’t force yourselves when you’re not in a good mood to react to videos. reactions should be done when everyone genuinely wants to. Because the “energy” definitely leak into the reactions. & I’m not talking about this video alone , just an observation I’ve made from the others.
But they’ve done reactions wherein they’re tired af and the right song/MV can wake them up. I don’t think they’ll change their opinions on this song even when they’re in a better mood.
I think that Dizz always has the same reactions on their videos lol. He wasn't like that before, in old videos ... I don't know if they really force him to react or what, but it honestly bothers me that there is no reaction from him, although it may be that he feels bad or whatever. I thought this is a reaction channel and from what I see there is no reaction from him, idk...That's just my opinion

honestly I like ITZY -- for "rookies" they're so refreshing and charismatic performers. They are a really solid girl group. For this year, I didn't really care for this song or "Mafia" but I respect them for trying out new styles. All I know is, their choreography/performance level is on 100 all the time every time and I appreciate that!!
@l sure I agree and I actually Stan Itzy. But as we all know, If you win over knetz and Asian fans, your success will be stable for years, it where it counts most for these companies. International love gets phased out quickly like any trends. too many casuals and locals who aren’t on ground zero to make much Iong term impact. See wonder girls and Miss A for example.
they’re really strong performers, i was a 2ne1 stan and i never got impressed by any gg debut stage but i remember watching their debut and i was impressed by their strong stage presence and they had never really disappointed since then. i dare say they’re the best in terms of stage presence in the 4th gen + the fact their mics are always ON and louder than the backing track just makes it even better
I was so mad when this came out, that I didn’t like it. I didn’t watch the video again for weeks. Then they preformed it live, and it peaked my interest after I saw the “dance break”… and I’ve been hooked and blast this song over and over. Late, but hey. It’s everything.

What DISAPPOINTED me here is Dizz's attitude. He could've just not join the reaction video instead of being sad, and as he said "tired" and looking just uninterested. It feeds of a negative vibe for us watching your videos. I think a little bit of PROFESSIONALISM is needed here.
I think what throws off the song in the video is the break where they are setting up the equipment. I would listen to it on Spotify or Apple Music or however you listen to music because the actual song on the album drops that part. It makes the song sound more cohesive.

So it was the same producer & writer that did “DALLA DALLA” & “Wannabe”!! This song wasn’t as good as those two but it’s definitely a grower! You just really have to listen to it a few times :) You should definitely listen to their full length album once you get the chance! They have really good B side songs!! As a Midzy I really appreciate your honest opinions, 2021 wasn’t their best comebacks but excited for what they have in store for this new year!! If you are not up for or not in the mood for doing a reaction video then why are you doing it? I guess I'm one of the people who liked this song on the first listen and can't understand why some people can't see how good it is. I also don't like the lack of energy and the biased view that comes across especially with Dizzy's mood swing. I just happen to come across this video and I saw that you guys reacted to a song that I like but all you guys did was remind me why I unsubscribe to you. Straight unanimous no for the playlist, y'all are tripping! Definitely not going to follow y'all taste in music. This song was a grower for me. I thought there was something missing when I first heard it. I wasn’t a big fan of the video except for the transitions. The more I listened to it then I started to love it. I personally love the English version more than the Korean version. I’m a fan of Itzy but that doesn’t mean I have to love every single song they put out as soon as they put it out. Loved the honest reactions

I think this song is a grower. When I first heard it I had similar reactions like "Ehh". But as it kept coming up on my spotify and I listened more & more without any video I absolutely loved it😅
Being professional is not sitting down and attending your schedule as artists even if you are not feeling good. As a group, and I assume as friends, you should be capable of deciding when to and when to not be a part of a reaction video. I've always felt, watching your videos, as if Dizz set the mood and opinions on each. Most of us do not care at all if one of you isn't in one or two reaction videos (not saying this in a rude way, the complete opposite), if it means taking care of yourselves. Please, for some next time, if one of you isn't feeling it, let the others be on the reaction video, cause this one was one of the driest and most boring reaction videos I've seen, and it surprised me coming from you whom I've followed for months if not years. I didn't realize it at first but there's actually a man in the reflection of the window when they finish setting up the stage. The point of this is to show that they're crazy, or "loco", and would go to the extremes when confronting their boyfriend. A lot of the music video is like that, and I'm pretty sure that it was meant to be pretty chaotic (even with the smaller vfx details), because the entire essence of this comeback is "loco" or crazy.

When I first listened to it I had a "I don't hate it but I don't love it either" reaction as well. It's on my playlist now, but it's definitely their single I like the least. I enjoy it, and I love the dance break, but that's it. I think I ended up liking it thanks to the performances, specially the ones in the US.

Honestly, I'm not an Itzy fan, but I do checkout their music videos when they are out, cos they are a hell of a production. I didn't pay attention to this song until I saw the dance practice and it sold it for me. The choreography - to be fair not very well captured in the video - is without doubt their best and it shows. it suits the song so much and really elevated the song to a whole new level. Because of that, it turned into one of my top songs in my Spotify list of last year. ;)
You guys should react to Mafia in the Morning by Itzy, I loved that one straight off the bat and the music video is fire but for Loco like you guys I didn’t love it at first, I had to listen to it a few more times for it to grow on me, love your reactions, always keeping it real, looking forward to more!xx
This song like a lot of itzy songs are ear bugs on first listen I wasn’t really feeling it but I ended up singing it every day and it became one of my favorites like within a week it’s actually kind of scary
the thing about itzys music is that their concept is to be unique and so most of their comebacks are a HUGE hit or miss for everyone, every time loco definitely isnt my favourite, but i do like it more than not shy
The part where the music stops i honestly only understood it after a few watches later, i watch a lot of reaction channels and im always waiting for them to notices things that took me a while to see so i know i need to stop doing that lol but anyway, that little break was more so for the mv storyline rather than the song, and the meaning (from what i understand, this is just my theory) is that since they guy at the beginning didnt pick up the call they got crazy (hence the title, loco, crazy in spanish) and put on a whole show outside his house for him to notice them, u can briefly see his reflection on the window. To wrap up the story and made it understandable at first watch maybe they should've put a scene at the end where he comes downstairs and talks to them or where they run away or something lol idk, but all in all i feel like im the only one that loves loco, the song and video, together with not shy its my favorite song, dance, mv and era of itzy
I loved this one right away just like all their others. I CAN understand where this needs a few more listens from other people before they like it more, and I do realize that something is missing so some people will never bother to give it another listen...but I still loved it right off the bat. :)
