I get very tired of the background, too, but I have very recently found something that works for me. I work on the background, and when I get tired of it I go to the more interesting bits. After a while, I get tired of the concentrated work, and I go back to the background and enjoy it!! Of course I also do that with my projects - I can go for weeks one one project, and then suddenly I want nothing to do with it. Then I go to another one, and do the same thing. I will always go back to it later with renewed enthusiasm! Cheers, Judy

I was hoping you would explain ending your threads I’m struggling on 16 count Aida .

I swear I change my style of stitching everytime I pick my patterns up 🤣
