Yeah unfortunately it looks like he lost interest in RU-vid and began volunteering at the Rex cancer center at UNC. I look at it as this. He just doesn't care for RU-vid anymore or the people here that liked his content

Hi, have you tried Exped MegaMat Max 15 duo sleeping pad and see if it fits your R1S. Its width is similar while its length is 1.6 inches longer than what you have.
Overall quality seems to be the same. The Lost Horizon is slightly larger and slightly more comfortable, but it takes a LOT more effort to pack back up. Plus, it’s both heavier and larger when stowed.
@@TheTechofTech - How is it holding up? I bought the Snow Camo Canvasback with ski sock (when 2nd row middle is down). Love the look. Ski sock worked well but only when both 2nd row seats up. Looking forward to your video on it, which means you have a new sub. BTW, thanks for this video as I'm looking for a mattress for the R1S but I think I want a platform to put it on to gain back some storage room. Open to any ideas/suggestions for a platform. Perhaps a future video?
Not likely. I have way too much family medical drama going on to keep up with going to the range, but this stuff is easier to fit into my life. If you check, you can see I haven't even done much with this channel in quite a while, and I've cut way back on my production efforts by shooting as much as I can with my iPhone 14 Pro.

What screens did you get for your R1S? Do you have one for the ceilings too? Do you think it would fit in a roof carrier?What did the dimensions turn out to be after you repacked it?
I got the Heatshield screens. The full kit does come with roof panels, but I'll never use them. They don't actually "pack" as a set, per se. I just keep them in the lower section of the frunk along with the mobile connector and other items.
@@TheTechofTech - I apologise if you have already answered this somewhere, but looking for R1S specific privacy screens for a trip coming up and can't seem to locate any. Specifically the 2nd and 3rd passenger rows and rear window. Thanks for the rec on the mattress.. just ordered one from your link.
