Riyoon and Pshiuu went out to a nearby waterfall to record a set for the Water campaign (www.charitywater.org/alex-zie.... As we arrive it turns out there’s no water in the waterfall. At first I wanted to postpone the shoot, but then I realized, this makes it even more beautiful and meaningful and so we set and and recorded.
The lack of clean water kills more people yearly than any forms of violence including war. It's one of the biggest cause of disease and death. Our lives are so removed from this problem that we don't think about it. I'd like this set to be a gentle reminder that still 1 in 10 people don't have access to clean water! This is a global problem and we can change it! With incredible Scott Harrison on our team we're creating direct impact in places that need it the most.
