Everything is fixed by Allah and thats the basic aqeedah of muslim and thats where the concept of taqdeer comes that Allah has written everything our life, wealth, spouses, kids, good and bad even Allah knows which of us will go to heaven or hell( depending on our deeds and Allah’s will ofc ) so in my opinion the rizq of a person, the time and how that he’s going to get his part of rizq s also written but he should and he has to work for it as for everything else we do like our amaal we have to work for them while knowing that our fate is decided but still we dont have ilm al ghaib so we dont know whats gonna happen so i think a person should work to earn is part of rizq and whatever is in his taqdeer he will eventually have it. The ones who puts effort Allah does eventually reward them there are ofc exceptions like people who dont do anything still get rizq from wherever but exceptions dont make the rule
