In Maharashtra University of Health and others Vs Satchikitsa Prasarak Mandal & Others, 2010 Supreme Court held that The doctrine of ejusdem generis is a facet of Noscitur a sociis. “Therefore, when general words are juxtaposed with specific words, general words cannot be read in isolation. Their color and their contents are to be derived from their context.” Same observation was been made by the Court in the case of Viscount Simonds in Attorney General v. Prince Ernest Augustus of Hanover, (1957) AC 436 at 461 of the report. Sir the question must be deleted.

Sir Question 40 Set B ka Option 3rd hona chahye Culpable Homicide not amounting to murder . Vikas Rachit k head pe Pistol rkhta h and he challenges that he will end Rachit's life . This provoked Rachit and he fired out of provocation otherwise he was relaxing in his home without any guilty intention Expressly toe mention nahi hai sir Sudden and Grave provocation but according to the case situation there is sudden and grave provocation caused by Vikas to Rachit.
