when I first saw the video I couldn't help but think that RM in the field was how the world perceives him, but the burnt forest and the clouds are how he views himself and that just broke me more 😢😭

I once thought topping mono. was an impossible feat but no, Namjoon has absolutely done it. I shouldn't be surprised. What a rich album of love, self-reflection and growth he's given us.

I hope everyone can understand this lyric in Korean. It's really deeper and more poetic than translation😭😭💜💜

The lyrics of the song are lyrical and very philosophical. It's a really high-quality work. If I keep listening to it, I get emotional and cry. It's really touching. I think of melody and song lyrics even before I go to sleep.

This song is so gorgeous, and the video rips my heart apart. I just want to hug him. It really struck me that throughout all this pain and confusion, there are purple flower petals are falling down on him until the end when he's lying in a field of purple flowers, and the petals are raining down on him. Its like he was telling the story of how he's struggled, but he never stops feeling ARMY with him. My heart just breaks everything I watch this. But luckily, the album is really good all around, and the whole mood is not like this.

The juxtaposition in these visuals delivers such raw emotions in parallel with the vulnerable lyrics that you can really feel his story. It’s unreal and I’m so appreciative of him being genuine and open with us 💜💜💜

The album is insane. Honestly after the release of MONO which is my favourite project in the world I didnt know if Indigo was gonna reach that level for me. But God was I wrong. Namjoon just never lets you down does he.

I concur...its a perfect song. The whole album is beautiful. My favorites at the moment are Wildflower, Yun, Change pt.2, and honorable mentions Lonely, Still Life, All Day. Granted I haven't read lyric translations for half of them yet. It takes me a while to marinate over any BTS music but especially Namjoon as lyrics are his Forte.

this song makes me tear up every time i listen to it (which has been a lot over the last couple of hours 😆 the album is INCREDIBLE. mono was one of my favorite albums of all time and the fact that this project has topped it for me is crazy. (also it's hard for me to pick a favorite song, it keeps changing, but i think my top two at the moment are "closer" & "lonely" !)

It's a song that strikes deep, I know it hit me in the same way. He's lived a life in his 20s that many will never relate to or have the opportunity to experience yet everything he has to say resonates so universally. He's genuinely a very very special person. If I can make one recommendation per your decision on tiny desk (and I know everyone enjoys music in their own way), Namjoon mentioned he hoped fans could listen through the album as is, in order, for the full experience. As a longtime army, it's one of my most memorable full album sit throughs I've ever experienced. I'm sure you're eager to get to tiny desk, I just wanted to offer my experienceThe beginning of the video and when youjeen sings the hook reminds me of RM and Jimin on American Hustle Life watching the fireworks and being in amazement of them. It brings a warm and fuzzy feeling to me. I love this album and it has a really good vibe where you can listen and reflect on your own life or just chill and enjoy the eclectic group of songs on the album. EDIT: . I've been on the verge with this song, and it takes a lot for a song to hit me that way. I can't stop listening to this song. No song has moved me so much like this...I am moved, touched, speechless, emotional, astonished....one of my favorite songs of my life. Deep, beautiful, sad, poetic....Thank you, RM.

That song clearly shows me how he struggled last 2 years at least, how much pain was inside him and why he cried at last festa dinner. We don't deserve him. I hope he can find himself and come back more happy, and mentally ready to make fans happy.

The whole album was incredible but Lonely was my favorite. And Wild Flower made me cry, such a beautiful song and music video. And RM's tiny desk concert will be coming out in a few hours.

THE ALBUM IS AMAZING, I feel like I have been wrapped in a warm blanket. It is hard to pick a favourite track as they all fit together from start to finish like one big story. This is exactly why BTS and each member can stand alone in the industry. They are nice to have like a cherry on top but we don't NEED visuals, we don't NEED a concept, we don't NEED to see the clothes/hair/makeup, we don't NEED videos - WE HAVE THE MUSIC. It can stand alone. Oh one more thing - GRAMMY GRAMMY GRAMMY!💜

I don't know if you know this already, but Namjoon means for us to listen to the album in order. My top 3 is definitely Wildflower, Forgetful, and Change pt.2. It's such a sonically pleasing album with different elements and sounds. Genres like rnb, edm, jazz, ballads, and indie acoustics blend so well throughout the album. I've never heard such a cohesive, but diverse piece of work ever. He does such a great job of weaving stories and emotions into his works, it's insane and stunning.
