Ravi Ji A rebate of 3% will be allowed on franked value, whenever the meter is reset i.e. credit is uploaded in the machine on the value on the impression used provided that this rebate will be allowed for a minimum consumption of Rs.5000/- It is not month or so.

Padma Sankar ji, First of all , I have NOT released any key for Telangana Paper. The key released may be from some other ACADEMY. Secondly, the question given in Telangana paper is Minister of state for communications is asked. The correct answer is Shri Devusinh Chauhan . Thirdly , I have given the same in my video of PO guide part 1 mega video in question number 2. Please see the video once again. You should understand that there is difference between minster of state for communications( Shri Devusinh Chauhan please see question2 once again) and Minister of Communications ( Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw: please see question 1 in the video once again) So, there is no mistake from my side. Hope you understood now, the difference between 2 questions. 😊
