Hi Heather! Love your videos!! I am a new grad RN and I will be starting my first job on a med-tele floor at a busy downtown hospital in my hometown. Although I am very excited, I am a little nervous because this is the real thing!! I know I have a lot to learn, and I really want to ensure that I am a safe nurse. Do you think you can make a video on how you ensure the safety of your patients? Any tips you have for new RNs? Thank you!!!

you rock sister! I am happy and proud for you.......you were always such a good student.....I'm glad to see you doing so well! Great info that you have provided! We are studying informatics, EBP and such at this time......I really hate it tho....so painful writing these papers! lol Take care....Congratulations on following your dreams!

Can you do a video on your nursing textbooks? And if you sold some of them, maybe you could still mention the textbooks and what they were about. Also, if you got supplementary books like the Davis Notes series, or Made Incredibly Easy series, could you mention that too?

Question,, is it worth getting a BSN if I only have 10 more years to work? I enjoy what I do, dislike management and will make $2 more by getting it and I will be doing the same work (ER grunt).

How long does it take from when you start community college to getting your bachelor's? I think its 2 years for prerequisites, then 2 years at nursing school to get associates degree, then 2 years to get bachelor's degree??? OR can I skip the community college nursing school and go straight to a bachelor's degree college which is 4 years? I need help.

Jose Lee you can go straight to getting Bachelor's. 2 years pre-reqs, 2-3years nursing courses.

I have a bachelor's degree in criminology and now I'm going to be going for my two year RN degree. After I obtain my RN do I still have to go for a bachelor's degree or will my bachelor's in criminology satisfy the bachelor component?
