It's an O&O mandate - the stations which switched to the Antfood package don't have a choice in the matter. Perhaps CBS has the most control over their O&Os than NBC or ABC
This was my childhood KYW theme. Screw Paramount for having the permanent "CBS News Local" gimmick. Luckily, I'm a big-time viewer of WPVI. Always has, always will.
