Hi Jasleen, so listen carefully, START applying for jobs in these cities, Go to LinkedIn and start making connections with people who live in these cities. Start doing it now. DO NOT wait till you graduate. This program is the easiest one to get a PR for now. It doesn't matter if you have work experience or not; try to do one free online course a month. Do your research, find out what kinds of companies are there, and approach the employees of those companies. Again, START APPLYING JOBS NOW! DO NOT WAIT

Hey brother, I have one particular question about the RNIP. In the IRCC's website, it is mentioned that July 31, 2024: Deadline for communities to recommend candidates, and August 31, 2024: Deadline for candidates to submit a permanent residence application to IRCC Does it mean that after July 31st, they won't be giving any recommendations? Also, do we need 1560 hours of work experience too for applying for recommendation? Or only the Job offer is fine? Thanks for your awesome video.

Hey buddy, i work in an MNC which has branches in these towns, they have agreed to give me a transfer but upon researching I saw there are community specific employer requirements. Does the employer have to go through a process? Do I have to ask for some additional paperwork from them? Or just me starting work in that community in my respective NOC is enough?Great content btw!

As I mentioned in the video, your working hours during the study period will be counted, even if you didn't work in those communities. And yes, you probably need documents from your current employer, more like a proof of employment and pay checks.

I'm not sure, but Yes! because one of our students got his PR from a master's-based ONIP (another PNP program), and still he has to show you $13,000 in funds. Most PNPs have fund requirements.
if you are working inside canada , you dont have to show funds and funds are less now, in last draw it was 2500 aprox for 1person,,,, its not pnp program ,its community based program

If you have work experience outside from the community then you only need a job in the community and two paycheques from that employee not old ones, and an intention to live in that city for at least one year and then you can submit your application. If you do not have experience outside the community then move there, get a job and then live there for atleast one year and then submit your application. If you are still confused then contact an immigration consultant, confirm these things and let us know in the comments.

That's bit complicated, I'm not sure but I can look for this. But for the safe side, start applying to jobs in sudbury, because let's say they do not accept your study hours outside the rural area, still you can be eligible if you have a job offer.

No it is not required that you get a job with same title or In-demand jobs. All they need is proof of employment in these communities, showcasing that you are contributing to these communities.

Hi Gurpreet, North Bay is one of the rural area. You have plus points here; you already studied in that city, you have worked there part-time (still, your working hours will be counted); and you lived there. So I would suggest you get in touch with the employee where you were working and ask them if they can hire you full-time; if not, then approach someone else and move back to North Bay. You have a strong file, according to me, but again, I'm not an immigrant advisor or consultant so get in touch with an immigrant consultant. So far, I know, you have better chances to get a PR under RNIP.
NO, you don't need NOC job then but as i mentioned that Francophone will be in action from August 2024 so maybe they introduce this program with minor changes.

Since you are coming to canada and have already selected your college, I would recommend you start networking with the employees in rural areas; don't waste your time. You never know if you will get a job in these areas before graduation. Keep networking. And about Project Management course, it's pretty common and you can't get a job for a project manager because that's a senior position. People are working in a company for 3-4 years, and then they get promoted to Project management. About Courses, stay updated, I'm making a video about what courses to select.

I would recommend you move to those areas, get a job offer there, and if you are currently working at walmart, talk to your HR about transferring. Keep checking if walmart is hiring at those palces and if you see an open vacancy then talk to your HR to refer you .
Yes you can change course to masters or you can learn french, stay updated I'm making a video about how to learn french quickly. If you can then choose a college in rural areas, I know there's a University in Sudbury who offer Masters. Look for that university.
