Many thanks mate It’s a trying time we are all in and fishing is a huge relief for me to relax and unwind. Take care over there pal and stay safe Steve
Is there a better way to spend a session on a river catching quality roach you looked at one with your surroundings a pleasure to watch a good angler doing what he does best thanks Steve stay safe.
Haven't fished there since the mid-eighties as a junior in the local club matches. We used to travel down in a coach, long journey from Sheffield, but it was always worth the trip even when the fishing wasn't great...old enough to use rose-tinted glasses these days 😂. Going to have a visit down there next spring. Cheers Steve.
Peter Reason I use a shock leader is when I’m baiting up, the bait up feeder once loaded double in weight. 5lb isn’t an issue when casting, but in the past when ‘flicking’ the feeder back to empty, I have cracked off before. The 6lb leader just gives me that extra security. Steve
