Vielo Bikes Dream builds - Enjoy a relaxing, chilled out ASMR video inside our Vielo HQ as we watch a customer order come to life. Every Vielo bike is custom built to order in our Gateshead workshop making each one bespoke to the rider, fitting like a tailor made suit.
Normally every customer gets a timelapse of their bike being built, but occasionally we film a deep dive video. Showing the detail, time and care taken to building your new bike.
In this video BL’s Vielo R+1 Alto Cyan Blue frame is being built. BL’s lucky enough to also own a Vielo Race Edition Gravel bike, so we had their measurements ready. Usually before we start the build we’ve taken measurements from the customers current road bike and transferred them onto one of our test bikes. It also means when the bike arrives it needs no alterations, it will fit like a glove straight out of the box.
