I noticed that also. The back vehicle is half a car length, doing at least 55mph. If the front car slammed on the brakes, the back car wouldn't even process it before he hit the other car.
I was looking at the highways off ramp, it says ramp in the title. Waiting to see cars getting off the freeway and see them flying. It was the left fast lane that had the buckle. 😁
That's such a crazy bump... it should seriously be sectioned off with concrete barriers and fixed right away! It's just too dangerous.. Imagine at night, or night and rain! most people will freak out and crash.

You do realize this will most likely cause an even greater hazard then the bump itself? If you stop in the middle of a highway with your hazards on, only a person directly behind you at a short distance will see your stopped (hopefully) and when they finally notice you are stopped, they will switch lanes and the person behind them will ram into you. That’s why trained individuals with lights are the only people allowed to that so it’s not because they are selfish its because they have common sense.
