This is a short video taken from my dashcam of an insane driver who was weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating, going over 100, and passing on the median. I contacted the Tennessee Highway Patrol and was told that even with the video, license number and a description of the driver, they could do nothing. I enquired about Tennessee's aggressive driver law, and was told that the video would not stand up in court. The patrolman that I reported it to said that what I had was not enough and he had to be the one to witness the behavior. I told him that laws need to be changed as he was most definitely endangering other drivers. Something needs to be done. I saw this kind of behavior every single day in Florida when I lived there.
