they claim it was road rage, but the worker crew were not driving, they were parked on the shoulder and working. the reporting is so poor. could you interview other drivers or ask the police if the criminal was trying to drive illegally on the shoulder and his path was blocked by the construction truck? maybe the reporter did ask these questions and they edited it out? nonsensical stats. from the government at the end. 600 what? assaults? hit by cars? workers falling and getting injured? workers injured from heat stroke? 600+ injuries and counting….

I thought that in Washington state you are not allowed to protect property with deadly force. He said he believed the suspect was possibly trying to steal the trooper's vehicle when the trooper shot him to death. That sounds like murder. We need more video, because if the man was not physically trying to or actually attacking the cop or somebody else, why was deadly force used?
