The cop said he started this incident as well by bumping her vehicle after they got off the Blue Route. He has a pattern of bumping other cars. There are lane mergers or “left turn only” lanes in that area. He probably is one of those cutters who uses the wrong lane intentionally to pass traffic and then puts on his turn signal and try to force himself into straight traffic. She probably played chicken with him and wasn’t having it, not realizing he’s a lunatic.
