Those diamond cut heads look badass! Love your project but I would be hesitant to move the plastic lower any closer to the front exhaust. Unless you're going to wrap the pipes?
Front and rear was my own design. The old front was bimba air cylinders. I pulled those out and made air pistons much like the harley guys use and it was way better. 80psi would lift the front no problem.
@Jason Woody Other than being able to lift and lower when you want, how is the actual ride, compared to normal suspension? I've read horror stories basically saying that it looks good, but the actual ride is bouncy and not really good for actual riding beyond cruising the strip.
you wont. i machined adapters to make harley wheels a bolt on. i can make some for you as well but the rear is the issue now. the brake rotor on a harley rear wheel is 11.5" and the road star is 12.6" so if you want to run both wheels you need to figure that part out.
i can make you the front end kit but i cant make the rear end. i had a shop laser cut and bend my plates to my spec. but i can turn the fronts on my lathe
