You must be a fanboy if you think Ford is top quality. Ive had a Mustang taurus and an f150. They all had problems. Transmissions starters alternators power windows intake manifolds mass air flow sensors 02 sensors on and on and on. And they were all well maintained. My Dodge Dakota that I don't give a shit about takes a licking and keeps on ticking. I had a Toyota Camry with 200,000 miles on it with no problems at all. Toyota tercel no problems. Fords are overpriced junk. But they do look good.
Its amazing how most SUVs resemble the Nissan Murano since it came out starting with the underrated Hyundai Tucson, Mazda CX5, Ford Escape, and Toyota Rav-4. Their bodies are heavily influenced by the Nissan Murano since 2004.
it should also have and 8 speed, 600 hp v8 that makes 36city/56hwy/44cmb. Also, they seriously need to add standard massaging leather front/rear chairs. A wine cooler, 60" plasma screen TV, and a mini fridge. All standard, and all under $25k like you said.
no it not their nothing but garbage. the only ford cars you can buy that will give you some reliability is the big truck and even they struggle to reach 200,000 miles.
That's the 2.0... I hear the overwhelming majority of all Mazdas previously offering that smaller engine made the 2.5 standard within the past 2-3 years. In fact, I think the Cx3 is the only car they sell in the US that still has the 2.0. Either natural 2.5 or turbo 2.5 has been standard for at least the past couple years. Skyactiv X's coming very soon and after YEARS of talk they just fitted the current gen Cx5's with the diesel option. You can most likely thank Cali for the latter...
At least they offered a stick, besides Subaru the cx5 is the only CUV/CSUV you could buy in a stick, and lacks in power it makes up for in fuel efficiency, now yes it is slow but remember in 2013 gas was just starting to drop a little so every car either had a huge gas tank or was efficient
You wont be able to find cars and wagons that have great performance anymore. V6 engines are hardly available anymore and its because of fuel efficiency which gives away a lot but it helps save money in this economy.
Im in a 2008 Mazda Tribute anybody that says it was garbage was full of bs. This rig has never given us any major issues at 114k. And cant wait for the 2.2d and give the Tribute to my teen.
