Been here before, the most humid gym ive ever been to, no ventilation at all. So there was just pools of sweat everywhere, impossible to work standup, really gross

gerardo arita What difference is there when you train hard and sweat hard, everyone has sweat dripping all over the place anyway. The shower is to cool you down in between rounds which will help you keep up the sparring. 💦 💦 💦

hard training, but trying to cool down by jumping in the shower with their gis doesn't make sense. It seems to me that's a recipe for disaster....IMHO

Why do they feel the need to shower between rounds. Sweat it out and then have a shower at the end so the mats are not soaking wet?

most of the champs were already high level before joining together at unity. they just followed murilo & miyaos. I'm guessing the high levels came from their gym in Brazil

Cuz thats how we train here in Brazil, its Hard to open a big gym like Checkmat headquarters here in Sao Paulo, so we are used to train in small places like this (not w that lack of higene lol)

Romain Gurgel you realize that’s part of how they build these champs? A hot environment whilst rolling is miserable and develops mental fortitude. Porrada is not for everyone I suppose.
