Had a 01 Viggen that I made to 450hp. It was a beast but I ended up having to sell it after I completed the project due to CA changing emission laws then making my Viggen unable to register (pass smog). They wanted me to put it back to stock first. I miss that car so much but JUST picked up an absolute mint 05 Saab 93 (1 owner and got oil service EVERY 3000 miles, got records) and now that bug has hit again. On my way to 350+ but in a different state now so all good! Glad to be back.. Luv Saabs!
I've also had cold starting issues when loading a new tune. I've later learned that it is possible to change the ethanol percentage directly in trionic can flasher after the new tune is in the ecu. Works like a breeze every time! 👌
Haha that hose exploded five minutes after I bought my car a few years ago! Do88 everything now too 😅 sounds awesome with the blow off valve can't wait to really see it go
Man you did such a thorough, excellent, nice job with the 9-5. Inspiring! I can't believe you are using stock T-5 pistons. I have a 1999 9-3 5sp T-5. A unicorn. I love that engine.
Any modification requires lot's of work Jonas, I already installed a double intercooler in one of my cars, a 06 9-3 2.0 SS; and it was a nightmare. I allocated it in front of the ac condenser, but then when I tried to install the bumper, it does not fit cause the steering cooler, a metal tube at the front of the condenser needs certain space and it's very hard to be bended. So I finally solved the space requirement for the extra intercooler cutting the tube and soldering an u turn (I taked it apart and somebody soldered in a machine shop). Then, using the return hose I installed an oil cooler, but to reach that solution I made 4 attemps resulting in oil spills becasue first I tried to solve the u turn with high pressure hose, but it always disconects from the tube, so be carefull with your beautifull yellow 9-5 and thanks for let us know your advances. You know the intercooler gets a supercharging effect when its behind the condenser right?? I'm pushing 380 horsepower in a 2010 saab 9-3 2.0T and get ambient IAT with the do88 intercooler behind the condenser.
Oh! That blow off valve.. Back to original. I had disconnected the blow off exhaust on my T-5 because that's possible, but noticed immediately that yes, it *does* suck in air when opening the throttle, so I reconnected it. But the filter will solve that. I love that the T-5 also is a purely mechanical throttle I can operate from under the hood while the engine is running.

Congratz with 10k subscriber! I have to Ask, is there Any reason why u dont use metalisk lock nut on the exhuastmanifold? They sell complete manifold locknut sett. Its very iritating when they screw them self Out..
Great Job Jonas ! I would recommend you installing logworks3 and export your logs there and see them , as its much easier to see everything ... Im sure Joel will tune your rocket perfectly !

Ok, every one typen in English. :-p Nice work om this car. I havet not realised the power of T7suite. What cable do you use? ATM My 9-5 Aero with about 400k km, bred some maintances. A new rest wheelhub because ABS. Engine are changed tog One with about 140k km. OFC THE car needs some rust removal work but nothig serious. I hope I can get it running this summer.
Popped those on every single car I had, but we are now so close in actually starting to make a decent powerband that will be wild 😎 I do believe we wont barely need 1.4bar for the desired request of airmass 😂
