Just read the 9/11 report much of this was there, but ignored. Why do you think that the trial of KSM, if it ever happens, is covered in such extreme secrecy? As a terrorist he has been in captivity and out of circulation for 17 years. Why the need? You can also read the sources, Steve Coll's "Ghost Wars", and best of all the writings of Richard A. Clarke who was responsible for hunting down the perpetrators of 9/11.
