I got Masters first season this patch. Took me forever in ranks 1-10 plat but I went on 1 12 game streak and got placed 1st Master in a brand new division that filled up that same day.

EVERYONE LISTEN it is because of the Pervious players in his ladder have ranked up by points and so he went down but his point still be the same(depending on W/L) and the only thing that's changes is the rank ...eg lets say there was 10 people for a competition and the 1st one point is 12234 2nd one point is 12124 3nd one point is 1134 and so on if the 4th one points was now 12033m so the 4th one moves up to the 3rd one position and the 3rd one goes down etc and so on

I'm pretty sure they lock the divisons when the season is on it's last week. In season 5 i played my placement matches and got into bronze, started actually whoring points on the last week. Every lobby i would play masters even though i was in bronze. In season 6 i got to platinum from placement ganes. After playing a single game in platinum i got into masters. Been there ever since.

CRUNCH TIME BABY!!!!!

I'm pretty sure that you cant get master division for your first season since the patch. i got Platinum on 2 accounts the first season i placed i think it was season 8 or 9. I won 200 games in platinum and got to rank 2 and it never bumped me up. Thumbs up so Nadeshot can see this.

That makes sense since yesterday my placement games put me in gold.
