No you didn't. You fought one country. Germany. And you were losing bad until the US showed up for the fight and stretched them thin. If the US didn't force half of the army to divert to the west, you would have lost.
@@DanThomas-k1f First of all Germany had resources from whole Europe and many allied countries like Romania , Bulgaria, Hungary even Finland and all the puppet regimes etc. So it wasnt against *ONE* Germany Secondly, by the time D day happened, Germany was on a full retreat mode, pretty much on prewar borders, so USA just rushed to take laurels, otherwise everything would have been claimed by Soviets.

Firstly like 80percent communists were ethnic *e*s and not russians. Secondly Soviet Union was multinational construct, and right now most of other slavs like Poland and Ukraine are not allied to your cause, so technically they cancel out Russian slavs. And lastly Russia has one of the worst fertility rates in the world, you simply dont have the population to be superpower. Especially if you compare it to the past, russian ethnicity as such is bound to become extinct.
