I think on this year 2019 the government should step-up its program on Agriculture. It is good to see that by the time Build Build Build is completed, our Agriculture is already flourishing and products are being transported. What Agriculture needs are Irrigations, farmer's education, subsidy for mechanization and industrialization, easy access to credit loans, high yielding seeds, dismantling of rice cartels and farm to market roads.

Only cities. Provinces will create more delays and traffic. It will be complicated to build through provinces because some lands are owned by farmers. If you mean town, maybe, it is a option.

One way to help decongest heavily used roads (ED$A,etc) is by clearing the connecting streets (clearing the illegal vendors on wheels or non-wheels) to give other vehicles options to early split away from heavy traffic.
That is true ,,building the cities and nation can help a lot the people..look at europe every year they have big projects. they spend the budgets or money of the country..tax collections for the people
The problem of the Philippines is wealth inequality. Where wealth is controlled by the few, e.g. the Ayalas, Lopezes, Sy, etc. Wealth distribution has to trickle all the way down to ordinary citizens. Taxation has to be overhauled as well.
My kind of suggestion can also be done in any other places in my beloved Philippines. I hope Bong Bong Marcos, the next President of the Philippines, will follow the leads of our idol President Mayor Roa Duterte. I know Bong2 also has the enthusiasm of Mayor Duterte with regards to love of country and the majority of Filipino people (of course less the corrupts and criminals ang shabog na mga tao). Bong Bong is being loved and considered by the majority of the Filipino to be the next President. Forget about the “EDSALOT’ PEOPLE. THEY ARE ALL VEXATION TO THE FILIPINO SPIRIT
All those infrastructure are only in Luzon, what about Visayas and the President's homeland which is Mindanao? Manila and Luzon has no visible major industries and they only steal taxes from Visayas and Mindanao, so why should all those huge infrastructures be built in Luzon?

I think i understand if you come from visayas or mindanao and you're ranting about how there is barely any development regarding there. The real issue lies with the past administrations not doing their jobs seriously and that's really infuriating, because you still have to flock in the capital just to have a good job, etc. I hope this case will be laid to rest in the future as the entire country becomes developed.
